Zebunnesa Zeba Zubair, an Ambassador of Peace born and raised in Dhaka, Bangladesh, moved to the USA in 1997. A former California farmer, consultant, financial professional, and fashion stylist, she turned into a Peace Maker.

Zebunnesa graduated from UCI Claire Trevor School of the Arts with honors. She has been an active volunteer with the American Muslim Multi-faith Women’s Empowerment Council, the first Muslim Civil Rights Muslim Women organization in the USA. She has a long legacy of community engagement with different social causes, assisting domestic violence victims, refugees, and many other issues. She was recognized as a Muslim Shero for her community services during COVID-19 frontline AMMWEC’s volunteer services, where she packed masks, groceries, and food that were dropped door to door. Thousands of boxes of Iftar and Halal meals on Wheels were managed and delivered by her and her team. She was very active activist in the year of 2017-18 “Me-Too” movement in Orange County, California. She was the first Bangladeshi Muslim American to visit the state of Israel for the Abraham Accords peace initiative delegation trip in 2022 with SHARAKA and AMMWEC. In 2024, she officially joined the AMMWEC executive board to serve for women, peace, and security to build a hate-free society and promote peace worldwide
