While nonprofits often stand at the forefront of human rights and social justice, recent cases have revealed troubling gaps in oversight—especially when it comes to preventing harassment, abuse, and retaliation. This event will discuss systemic failures in institutions that enable the silencing of women, promote hate, and lack accountability structure.
